Third-Party Trademark & Nominative-Use Disclaimer.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

This page states ShamROCK Audio's trademark position and is published so that it is available to customers and marketplace reviewers. It is not legal advice.

1. Our Trademarks

Trademarks. ShamROCK Audio, ShamPIPES, FITZ PHONE, DeWHALER, ShamPRESSOR, ShillelaghDRIVE, EQ-GLP1, and the Shamrock Bundle are trademarks of Fitzgibbons Audio Recording, LLC (d/b/a ShamROCK Audio). All other product names, brand names, company names, and trademarks referenced on this site or in our products — including any names of hardware audio equipment — are the property of their respective owners.

2. Nominative Use of Third-Party Marks

Any reference to third-party hardware, manufacturers, or model names is made solely for descriptive and comparative purposes, to indicate the type or character of sound our software is inspired by. Such references do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, or licensing from the trademark owners. ShamROCK Audio products are independently developed original software and are not produced, endorsed, or authorized by any third-party hardware manufacturer.

Plain-English summary: when we say a plugin is “valve-style” or “inspired by classic optical compressors,” we are describing a category of sound — not claiming any relationship with the companies that make that hardware. Our plugins are original software, written from scratch.

3. How Our Products Are Described

We describe our processors using words like “valve-style,” “tape-style,” “transformer-style,” and “optical.” These describe the voicing and character of our own algorithms. They are not claims that our software is a circuit-level replica, a licensed emulation, or a reissue of any specific hardware product.
